JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Together with Copywriters and Art Directors perform creative duties, including developing concepts, layouts, graphic solutions, presentations, etc.
Presents concepts and designs to clients.
Takes responsibility for managing time and meeting agreed deliverables.
Team participation on projects and process, help to diffuse or solve problems not limited to general responsibilities.
Ability to take ownership, responsibility and quality assurance on projects.
Above average time management skills: Ability to prioritize and meet agreed deadlines.
Good concepting and design skills.
Ability to present and defend work intelligently.
Ability to understand and implement strategy.
Ability to produce a professional and effective piece of selling communication under supervision.
Ability to revisit and revise according to new direction/suggestion.
Ability to work with account management to obtain background information and understand client needs.
Ability to maintain client expectations.
Interact with production and planning on projects.
Mentor Junior Art Directors and other team members.

| Required Skills |
College degree preferred. Further education in related fields preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience in creative field.
Must be proficient in a variety of Macintosh related programs.
Must have advanced working knowledge of: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and four color printing process.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think conceptually.
Ability to work in many media preferred.
Good presentation skills preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Flexibility to work irregular hours.
