Territory Sales Manager- Hospital Medical Sales; Global leader and strong growth medical device company seeking Hospital Sales Rep. in the hospital medical sales marketplace! This is a company that prides itself with excellent products that are patient need focused and a wonderful company culture. They are looking for a proven sales professional who knows how to drive sales into the hospital marketplace. They prefer someone with a Minimum of 2 to 4 years experience selling medical products into a hospital (Acute Care Sales Segment), but will accept applicants who are top sales performers in the medical alternate care arena or a very strong B2B sales person (B2B sales person minimum 5 years with one company with top sales and/or promotions within same company like ADP, PAYCHEX, Enterprise Rental, Cintas, Aramark or etc.).
Working under the direction of the Region Manager, you will be responsible for growing the preserving the existing customer base in the Acute Care Market Segment (Hospitals are their main focus), preserving and maintaining current business while driving new business and conducting the needed “In-Service” and educational meetings with Nurses, Physicians and hospital staff. Must understand multiple call point selling within a hospital environment that includes Material Managers. As a product expert you will take part in vendor fairs and other promotional activities.
Position Location and Coverage:
- Candidate can be based out of Seattle, WA or within one hour driving distance
- Territory covers most of Washington (excludes area near Portland and excludes eastern WA), covers Alaska, but only 2 trips or approx. per year
- Limited to medium overnight travel (other than occasional trips to Alaska)
- Base salary up to 72K
- Uncapped Commission at plan: 60K
- 125K to 132K total at plan
- Issued a COMPANY CAR with all maintenance and ALL related expenses covered! There is an option for personal auto reimbursement too if needed.

*Minimum 2 to 4 years of successful outside HOSPITAL Medical disposable or device sales background is preferred candidate, but open to a very strong medical sales background in Alternate Care or SUPER strong B2B sales person (5 years with same company, with promotions, top sales ADP, PAYCHEX, Cintas or etc.)
*Best to have experience selling medical products into hospitals and understands evaluation committee's and the GPO/IDN process.
*Lives in desired home base of territory
