Job Description

Our client is looking to add an Account Manager / Customer Service Representative to their team.  The ideal candidate will act as a contact for their vendor management services department and all client inquiries, manage all service requests for clients, and portray excellent customer service skills.  Being Organized, having excellent phone and email presence, and proper follow-up are preferred qualifications.  Our client is a leading provider of risk and vendor management software and services to financial institutions and other organizations. Their product offerings include vendor management, enterprise risk management, business continuity planning, compliance management, findings management, and cyber security management. 



We are currently seeking an Account Manager/ Customer Service Rep to join our growing team!


  • Provide customer service to designated clients:
    • Act as point of contact for Vendor Management services
    • Manage customized service requests 
    • Answer calls & emails related to service questions and vendor management best practices
  • Manage, monitor, and perform tasks for designated client accounts:        
    • Manage client’s annual services timeline and expectations
    • Gather & organize data for vendor due diligence
    • Monitor delivery of work product from internal specialists
    • Assign data to be reviewed by internal specialists
    • Identify client needs and account expansion opportunities 
    • Communicate vendor issues to client 
    • Communicate completion of services to client and schedule training sessions
    • Communicate across teams and departments to ensure an effective delivery of work for client
  • Learn and become an expert on the internal software suite & Vendor Management services offering



  • BA or BS degree required
  • 1+ years of work experience in an office environment; customer support experience preferred
  • Experience setting proper client expectations, excellent organization skills, and adequate response time and follow-up are preferred
  • Experience working in a growth environment, strong preference for experience at a company providing business services to other businesses
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Open and transparent style of communication and collaboration
  • Comfort working across teams and departments
