We are seeking a highly productive Office Manager who will be responsible for all day to day office operations in a multi-floor business environment.  The ideal candidate will maintain many of our current office practices while improving upon others.  The person filling this role must be an effective communicator and must work effectively with all Shutterstock employees.   

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage mailing services such as Fed Ex, UPS, and courier
  • Manage office improvement projects by planning, designing, and negotiating contracts with vendors
  • Manage office equipment expenses and negotiate maintenance contracts as needed
  • Purchase, store, and stock office supplies
  • Research, purchase, implement, and maintain inventory tracking system
  • Coordinate office meal delivery and setup
  • Manage conference room and meeting room scheduling process
  • Work with building management team to seek ways to maintain comfortable office temperature
  • Coordinate internal and external storage efforts with department leaders

 

 

Required Skills - 5-7 years experience in managing multi-location / multi floor office operations

- 3-5 years experience with Microsoft applications, specifically Word and Excel

- Proven successes in prioritizing and multi-tasking in an office management role

- Experience in record-keeping and filing

- Excellent verbal skills

- Writing skills without grammar and spelling errors

- Ability to work under pressure

- Willing to work flexible hours including nights and / or weekends, based on the needs of the business



Pay Range $60,000.00 Annually to $65,000.00 Annually
