| Description |
The Digital & Social Marketing Manager serves as a dedicated resource for digital media and social marketing programs, initiatives and processes, working with various departments within SOA headquarters, SOA field, lead agency, and vendors. Delivers increased website traffic and obtains business targets through digital marketing activities. Duties include:
- Works closely with lead agency and digital media properties (e.g. Google, Facebook, Display Networks, etc.) to develop creative digital media strategies that will continue to promote brand awareness, engage consumers and increase demand for Subaru.
- Manages production of digital and social marketing campaigns, including web, mobile, tablet, and social experiences.
- Develops and manages digital and social campaign performance objectives and measurements.
- Manages search and display strategies – work with SOA regional and agency field teams to align regional and local tactics with national strategy.
- Manages the Integrated Lead Management Program - Lead generation, management and reporting
- Ensures proper content and landing pages are in place for all campaigns with emphasis on driving more conversion on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Continuously works with Corporate Communications team and lead agency on all social projects to ensure there is consistency with strategic direction.
- In conjunction with Web Operations Manager, examines Omniture data and Subaru.com performance.
- Uses Facebook Insights to understand and analyze trends within user growth and demographics, consumption of content, and creation of content.
- Involvement in any committees and meetings related to all digital initiatives.
Note: The position requires 30% travel.

| Required Skills |
BA/BS in Marketing or Business with 6 to 8 years of related experience.
•Cross-functional, working understanding of the digital disciplines (e.g. digital creative, platforms and operations, digital media and measurement) and industry (including online, mobile, social and emerging technologies). •Strong knowledge with metrics and concepts used online and search engine marketing. •High level of organizational and project management skills. •Excellent communication skills. •Strong presentation and problem-solving skills. •Multi-tasking and ability to prioritize projects. •Strong analytical and decision making skills. •Intermediate/advanced Microsoft skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
