Maintains and supports Microsoft Windows operating systems and WAN/LAN environments to meet all business needs and service level agreements. |
| Required Skills |
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Information System or equivalent of 2 to 4 years experience
2. Set-up, configure and support internal and external Windows networks
3. Develop and maintain all systems, applications, security, and network configurations
4. Experience supporting FACETS users or claims departments is desirable
5. Recommend upgrades, patches and new applications and equipment
6. Provide technical support and guidance to users and internal teams
7. Follow instructions, pre-established guidelines and practices to perform job duties and meet audit requirements
8. Windows servers, switching technology, Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory, LDAP, firewalls, file systems, network protocol, Citrix and VPN proficiency required
9. Create and maintain disaster recovery plans
10. Arrive to work on time everyday and work a full day on a continuous basis
11. Work after hours based on business need and share on call duties 7x24. Respond immediately to on call requests and be able to be on site within 1 hour when needed
12. Clear, concise and professional verbal and written communication skills are mandatory |
