We're looking for a new Spanish and English speaking Customer Service and Sales employee to augment our team. 

Responsibilities:

-Attend to all aspects of customer service and customer relations through phone and email / ticketing contacts

-Address customer concerns in courteous and professional manner

-Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers

-Understand Photoshop and digital imaging manipulation techniques

-Some knowledge of typical stock photography licensing terms (such as royalty free vs rights managed, etc)

-Highly organized and detail oriented

-Ability to multitask in fast paced environment

-Patience in assisting the less technically adept

 

Other Useful Skills:

-Adobe Illustrator

-BA degree in design/photo related field preferred
