Greeters are responsible for welcoming and creating the first impression for guests. These individuals have the ability to influence the overall restaurant experience by their interactions that include providing table accommodations and offering menu recommendations. Greeters may be the final point of contact and have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction.

The Order Taker is responsible primarily for assisting guest's food and/or beverage orders for Room Service. This person must have exceptional communication skills as well as superior guest service abilities. This is a fast paced position with constant customer interaction.


The Food Server is responsible primarily for taking the guest's food and/or beverage orders and delivering it to their table. This person must have exceptional communication skills as well as superior guest service abilities. This is a fast paced position with constant customer interaction. Prior serving experience preferred.

A Steward or Dishwasher is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware. This person must have good communication skills and have the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate amount of weight. This is a fast paced position that will involve constant customer interaction.

The Food Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the Food Server in serving the guest. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast paced position with continual customer contact.

The Order Takers in F&B make $8.25 plus 2% of the service change...but again the intern rates will be negotiated as part of the full training program.

Paid Job Training for International Graduate Students, requires placement fee from Graduate Student, yet will receive this back as part of payment via hourly wage. Usually tax free burden to international student through US tax treaties. This is an opportunity for a graduate international person to work with a top US company and learn invaluable experience and training.
